    Welcome.
    Generally we do prefer for the user to post his problem on the forum rather than correspond with one person personally. By posting on the forum other people can search and find the information that was posted about a problem or hardware they own etc. This way the information is stored in a database for furture reference benefiting all rather than just one individual ;)

    Just something to keep in mind :D
