I'm Tony Lukac, from Darien, Illinois near Chicago. I owned an IBM mainframe at one time and have been working on computers ever since. I was also a phone phreak. I did many postings at the Kim Komando message boards at komando.com under the screenname ladlers--my brother's amatuer football team's name. I was impressed with kam33mitch's post about the BSOD bad_pool_header during backup, which solved my problem, and I joined to thank those involved. I hope I can be of some help here, and I hope to learn something.
