Hi! My name is Charles though I often use the handle Aqualinx. I just subscribed to your forum and posted for the first time after reading a good review of it in the Windows Secrets newsletter. I manage three small nursing homes (volunteer director) as well as work in a small private investment firm. While I support these four facilities as "tech guy" too, as we're small and of a very limited budget, I am no where near expert in anything, just familiar with Google and wonderful forums like this one!
