hi : another spyware-trojan/HJT help thread. please help

i just recently got some kind of severe spyware-trojan attack from myspace.com by downloading something called "myspace profile viewer" i thought it was legit.. it wasnt.. ive never gotten anything this bad before please help.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your HJT log is not clean.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
