    I'm Dave (a noob, of course). I've been in the IT field for about 13 years now. Started out doing basic tech support (installs, setups, networks, etc) and worked my way over to web design (and 'basic' development). Now i'm in human factors/usability. I don't do much tech support anymore, which is why I joined. I managed to really screw up my hard drive trying to fix my WD MBWEII (because I don't know linux). I'll edit this later with the link for that post...if you can help, you're my hero!
