    Hi folks,
    I trust I'm on the right site for support. You might determine I'm slightly illiterate where computers are concerned but know there is a patient teacher/leader here who can help me.

    I'm learning the Movie Maker program and have successfully downloaded/uploaded my movie from my camera to the program. Only problem is the pixels are out of whack and messing up the clear picture and therefore I can't do much editing without correcting the problem. I downloaded with/into the USB port. I don't have a fire wall connection on my Toshiba Windows XP.

    HOpe someone can help me soon!
