It's an Audigy 1 player and Im getting crackling, skipping audio whenever I play games, edit music (especially when I edit music!), play CDs etc.
Ive tried the latest drivers for it and they did help a bit but its still not perfect! Moving the hardware acceleration slider doesn't work either, that disables EAX and games are unplayable if you use software support.
The computers pretty good and its definately not my speakers. I have a feeling the Audigys just not compatible with the via chipset. What do you think?
