    Hi, I stumbled upon your site while researching a problem with one of our home PC's. I found it so informative that I decided to join. In real life, I'm a true dinosaur. I'm a mainframe operator. I have worked on every IBM system from 370 to zOS. Up until recently we still had 3422 reel tape drives. At home we have
    4 PCs and 2 notebooks that I play tech support for at home. All wireless networked.
    I have built 2 PC's from scratch & refurbished 4 more with both used & new components, but I am still learning. I am quite good at trouble shooting & I have my A+ certification.
