High ping on counter strike

Im having ping problems on ccs i mean it works on maps like aim or awp or fy but not like dust or assualt on them i have ping like 500 or something when its ment to be 30 why is it like that? PLZ HELP ME!!

I'm getting some high ping on some time.

I have been using this program " Enditall" to kill many unnecessary processes.
The same problem. To my surprise... the wireless is off. I' only have the high speed wired network. No one is using the network but me.

The ping i get is usually around 45~90. In some time, it rises to ping of 115~230.

If you are suggesting that is coming from MSN messenger, leave it out for now. All drivers is updated. I even using the tweaked forceware driver, which it has no effect on the ping.


Any suggestion?
