I've tried everything I can think of. I've tried windows defender avg anti spyware, spywareblaster, bazooka, and the four tools listed, as well as the online one. Someone please help!

Avg shows:
a reading error in the boot sector of disk c:
a change to kernel32.dll
a change to wsock32.dll
a change to user32.dll
a change to shell32.dll
a change to ntoskrnl.exe

also, i have two host files in with different ip. Here is the strange one.
