Hijack this log attached

OS is Windows XP home edition, sp2. System become unresponsive, task manager shows explorer.exe at 98% CPU utilization, ending it and restarting it returns system to functional. Norton, Xoftspy, Ad-Aware and Trojan Remover find nothing worse than cookies. Could someone please review my log and see if there's something bad in it? Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Thanks.
