Hijack This Log (sos) :(

Please help!!!
I can not uninstall programs from the add and delete tool of my computer.
I have run HijackThis and attached the log to this post (as explained on https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic19133.html.
Please I really need help, I have no idea of what to do.

I have also noticed I can not install new programs. Whenever I try, it comes up with the error message:
The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete
This could be as a result of a damaged disk, a failed download, or a virus.

I dont know if both problems are related.
I ran an online scan from Panda and found a few viruses and loads of spyware that could not be disinfected.

I am so so confused. I would really hate to format my computer.

Any help is welcome.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan.
