Hijack this Log

  1. I'm trying to fix a friends computer here--i ran hijack this before and i saw the internet was being hijacked by newdot or newnet (forgot name) and i saw i had to remove it using a lspfix...so i used the lsp fix and removed the newdot/newnet program on her computer, but the internet, Norton's antivirus, and Spybot are all still unaccessible. --thanks for your help
