Hijack this log

We have a laptop that is prone to popups. We have installed SP2 on it and Windows Defender and all the obvious registry keys and installations have been deleted. I have attached the log file in TXT format. Any help is appreciated.

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
