Hijack This mcleveland

i have a hijackthis log file.
Computer is extremely slow with a gig of ram, and nothing "fancy" - just a simple office machine, with no games.

Recommendations?

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

I can`t see anything nasty in your HJT log. However, some malware can hide from the HijackThis.exe filename. Therefore, go HERE and follow the instructions.

Post a fresh HJT log as an attachment into this thread.

Sorry for having done it incorrectly before.
I also hadn't noticed the "attachment" link in the button bar either.
