Hijacked but MBAM crashing

Hi,

I've been given a friends computer to clean up and have now run through the 8 step preliminary virus removal process as mentioned here: https://www.techspot.com/community/...lware-removal-preliminary-instructions.58138/

The logs are attached and I would really appreciate any help with removing whatever other nasties may be lurking on the machine.

One other problem is that I am unable to remove 22 detected bugs found with Malwarebytes anyi malware. When I click remove it tries to quarantine the files but freezes immediately on a registry key. I have tried to remove only certain files at a time but the same result has me stumped.

Run the ESET scanner:

Post the 3 logs fresh using the 8-Step Instructions once more

More virus checks completed

Hi,

I deleted the keys as suggested and ran eset nod 32. This only cleared up one extra file. I have now run the Ccleaner and run the three logs once more. These are attached.

Malwares antimalware is still finding about 24 issues but still when I try to remove them the program just freezes. Any suggestions here would be helpful.

Hi peeps,

Any help on this would be useful. Once I get this machine up and running i'll be using audio apps on it without any computer connection. I just need the machine clean as it's a good few years old now.

Take action on the mbam findings if you can. They need to be deleted
