hijacked start page

I need help! Whenever i open internet explorer it opens to a spyware, and adware search page and the address bar reads res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm. I've tried some adware removal programs and they didn't work. Here is my hijack this log

Boot in Safe Mode
Switch System restore OFF

Move Hijackthis to its own, permanent directory.

Go into IE, click Tools/Internet Options
Click on Delete Cookies, Delete Files (tick Offline content), Delete History.
Now select the Security tab. Click on Trusted Sites (with the V on green circle).
Click on the button [Sites..] and REMOVE everything from the Trusted Sites.

Press ctrl/alt/del and in Taskmanager try to STOP (if there):

Next, try to UNinstall anything to do with:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT\GMT.exe

Next, run HJT on its own, and let it 'fix' (if still there):

When done, delete the highlighted bold files. When a directory-name is bold, delete everything in it, including that directory itself.

Delete everything in your Temp file.
Empty the Recycle Bin.
Boot normal. When all OK, switch System Restore back on.
