Hijackthis Log File Help

Just needed someone to peep my Hijackthis log file and let me know if I should be concerned. My computer has been exhibiting some odd behavior lately (nothing major) and I was just wondering if it's because of anything that can be found in my Hijackthis log file.

Clear the following:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [pportclsf] C:\Program Files\pportclsf.exe
O16 - DPF: {001EE746-A1F9-460E-80AD-269E088D6A01} (Infotl Control) - http://shop.ebrary.com/support/plugins/ebraryRdr.cab
O16 - DPF: {7AA32FC7-133B-4AE7-998E-CED0D9829B12} (luna Class) - http://static.waverevenue.com/website.cab

Then rename hijackthis.exe to analyse.exe and run it again - if no change I think your log is clean,
