Hijackthis log file

I have just downloaded and ran hijackthis which shows up quite a few spyware problems. I have attached the file, could someone please advise me what to do next

HJT logs should be posted in the security and the web forum. I have moved this thread there.

Go HERE and follow the instructions in the order they are given.

Post a fresh HJT log into this thread, only after doing the above.
