Hijackthis log for suspected virus activity - windows xp - toshiba satellite notebook

    Things are disappearing, I cant downloading 99% of everthing i try, Programs wont load and all applications are starting to freeze on me

    check out my attached hijackthis log and suggest any app i should try to download to resolve the issue

    i have even tried a factory system restore and that wont even load

    any help would be greatly appriciated
