  1. I need some help here.

Realblackstuff, I followed all your directions up until:

    I M P O R T A N T
Open Windows Task Manager by pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE.
Click the Processes tab, and keep that open!

This is the thing that lead me to this forum in the first place. I cannot open task manager in any fashion. I just start/run and obviously cntrl alt del. And right click the icon tray. Nothing will open it.

On top of that all of a sudden my fast computer has been bogged down extremely bad. And little things keep happening. Mainly the crtl alt del thing.

Now without bad mouthing me, like some people before you did, could you further help me?

Which would have left you with ONLY these:
First Read: Only use these HJT-instructions when asked!
/P/ Process needs to be stopped
/S/ Service needs to be stopped
/U/ UNinstall anything to do with this
Transfer the text from between these dotted lines underneath to between the dotted lines of that post.
Make sure to follow ALL instructions in SEQUENCE, and in HiJackThis tick/fix ALL lines indicated here!

So now be a good boy (or girl) and do YOUR BIT!

And it has never done anybody any harm to read some posts of other people as well!
ALL your 'problems' have been dealt with umpteen times!
Take the finger out and do something yourself for a change!
