Hijackthis log-please examine

I seem to have acquired spyware. Every so often, a popup gives a Windows message that my computer is infected by <insert threatening name here> virus (I've gotten Blackworm and Bloodhound). I then takes me to a page saying I'm infected and telling me to download Winantispyware Pro, which I consider myself to intelligent to fall for. Occasionally, I also get a pop-up that starts a Sysprotect scan, which I exit out of.
