Sorry for the late reply. Howard has left the forum.
Those issues occurred likely because during the ComboFix scan certain nasties were removed and default settings were enabled in the process.
If you are not experiencing any malware issues, then your system is clean. I've mentioned in a log earlier that your logs are clean.
