hijackthis log. PLS HELP!

i am getting your computer is in danger warning and i run hijackthis as explained here. you can find the log in att. can you help me on this prob?

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is either riddled with nasties and it does have some present, or you`re running Windows from the wrong location. I.E C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\WINDOWS

If it`s the latter, why is Windows running from that location?
