You are posting in the Virus and Malware Removal forum. While it would be beneficial for you to get assistance with malware cleaning, it would also help if you would check the Event viewer and see if there is an Error that corresponds to the time of the rundll32 error:

    Start> Run> type in eventvwr

Do this on each the System and the Applications logs:

    • [1]. Click to open the log>
      [2]. Look for the Error>
      [3] .Right click on the Error> Properties>
[4]. Click on Copy button, top right, below the down arrow >
      [5]. Paste here (Ctrl V)
    • You can ignore Warnings and Information Events.
    • If you have a recurring Error with same ID#, same Source and same Description, only one copy is needed.
    • You don't need to include the lines of code in the box below the Description, if any.
    • Please do not copy the entire Event log.

Errors are time coded. Check the computer clock at error message time.

If we determine that you should go on for the help, we are temporarily short of malware helpers at TS. You may find assistance on the site HERE:

Check the the Error first and paste here. Then when you go to the other site, you will need to follow the preliminary steps and provide the logs.

Please note: people can have similar problems for different reasons. Also note that whenever malware assistance has been provided, it is only meant for that one user.
