That has to be one of the longest and untidiest logs I've seen.

As far as I see, there's nothing that I would say is seriously nasty in there. The things that catch my eye though are the entries relating to C:\Program Files\PNY Attaché and
O16 - DPF: {15AD6789-CDB4-47E1-A9DA-992EE8E6BAD6} - http://drm.licenseacquisition.org/cab/6247971CanadaInc/ie/bridge-c424.cab

Most of the rest just looks like the clutter of programs that probably aren't required. If you're finding that your system is running slowly, it's likely to be down to the rather large number of processes you have running on it (about 40 of them if this log is anything to go by).

If you hang around (by which I mean call back later), RBS or Howard might offer a second opinion.

Edit: entries relating to C:\Program Files\PNY Attaché are part of a legitimate program for a USB flash drive

First go HERE and have your computer scanned.

Then, go and read both these threads by RBS. Follow all the instructions exactly.

How to remove Trojans and its ilk! and How to remove Begin2search / coolwebsearch and other nasties.

If after doing the above you`re still having problems, post a fresh HJT log.

Apart from the clutter and the O16 entries, there's nothing bad in that list.

Could you please do us a big favour, and put the installation-program for (Gene - Sandisk) usbmonit.exe in a ZIP-file and attach it here in ZIP-format? (same way you attach a HJT-log)
Another forum-member needs it for re-installation on his PC.
