HijackThis, what to fix on this log?

    Hi,

    I was wondering if anyone could give me an advice on what to fix on this log... I've already updated and ran (on safe mode):
    CWShredder, Spybot S&D 1.3, and Adaware 6.0...Thank you very much in advance !!!

    The only one I can see that needs fixing is.
