Go and read this thread HERE, then post a fresh HJT log as an attachment. Also try and give us some idea as to why you`re posting a HJT log.

I have merged your new thread into this one.
You have not renamed HijackThis.exe as per the instructions, nor have you placed HJT in it`s own directory. Please do so and post a fresh HJT log.

Your HJT log is clean.
At least part of the reason your system is slow, is because you`re running Symantec/Norton crapware. It is known to be the biggest resource hogger.
I suggest you uninstall it. If you have problems uninstalling Symantec/Norton, See this thread HERE.
Download and install the free AVG or Avast antivirus programmes and either the free Zonealarm or Kerio firewall programmes. You can get them HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE.
Install whichever firewall you chose, followed by whichever antivirus programme you chose. Reboot your system the required number of times. Run the antivirus updates.
Then go and read this thread HERE. It will help you to speed up your pc.
