HJT File clean?

    hey - wondering if my file is clean - damn tired of trying to clean it. Specifically, questioning O4 fash.exe, O4 [KavSvc]..... mkjrj.exe reg_run, and the O20 ....wncsvc.dll files are OK. If there are any other unclean files please let me know. Thanks!
