You also have no virus scanner and no firewall, thats just asking to be infected.

what else am i supposed to have posted??

I have Iolo Anti virus, and firewall.
Windows defender, Ad Aware Personal, Spybot search and destroy.

Are these not good enough?

The instructions ask for an AVG antispyware log and a combofix log.
