thanks for the sweet site the help is well appreciated. symptoms for my computer are when it starts up an error message pops up RUNDLL C:\documents and settings\owner\localsettings\applicationdata.inrcopul.dll and then the owner folder opens automatically and slow at start up. other than that it seems to be going alot better than before now. thank you

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.


If after reading the above you decide you want to clean your system, do the following.


Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.


Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
