What browser are you using?

Have you tried Firefox? If not maybe give it a go and see what happens.

Please post a fresh HJT log, just in case.

IEXPLORE.EXE in caps in process'es

If you all ever have an issue with IEXPLORE.EXE running in your process's several times and you only have it open once. (It's suposed to be iexplore.exe not IEXPLORE.EXE) Do a search on your computer and cut & paste all instances of IEXPLORE.EXE to your desktop. Make sure they were re-placed with iexplore.exe and delete the IEXPLORE.EXE. They are dialers!! I did some extensive re-search and found this out. Thank you for your help Howard! I hope this information helps someone here on techspot!!

As far as I`m aware, the only places you should find IEXPLORE.EXE and the file names are in capitals, except in task manager. Is C:\program files\internet explorere\IEXPLORE.EXE and C:\windows\prefetch\IEXPLORE.EXE

If you find them anywhere else they aren`t genuine. The prefetch files can safely be deleted. In fact it`s probably a good idea to delete them from time to time.
