HJT Log File Enclosed

Please help. This one slows down my computer and I keep getting the pop up from Norton reminding me the the virus is still there. It also freezes my computer at times and it won't let me restart. I have to push the restart button. Hope someone can help. Thanks

It would seem that your other half, I assume, has already posted your hJT log, in this thread HERE.

I have already given instructions on what to do.

Sorry about that. I was looking at that other log file to see I had done mine correctly. I guess I attached it as mine. Here is the correct HJT log file

Go HERE and follow all the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log, only after doing the above.
