HJT log file, Had problems with malware

I had problems with pop ups after downloading something i thought was a video codec. Having read the forum about what do to before posting I ran a set of online scanners and ewido, I am posting this to see if someone can tell me if I am rid of this now. Thanks.

There are some suspicious looking entries in your HJT log.

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log into this thread, only after doing the above.
