HJT log file help

i am a newbie with the hijackthis app. i downloaded it renamed as the directions said. here is the attachment of the log file. Apparently i was mobbed with spyware from a site and have run adaware se and spybot and i've cleaned everything possible however i'm still getting abnormal popups like winantivirus2006, drivecleaner, etc. and my internet is lagging a bit. Could someone help me out with this log file? i'd appreciate the help.

Your system is infected with a variety of nasties.

Go HERE and follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and Ewido logs as attchments into this thread, only after doing the above.
