Just started having these problems today. When I log on, I get errors that windows must close Dell Media Experience, Active Sync., etc. If I attempt to use the search function on the start menu, same thing, windows says "explorer has encountered a problem and wants to close" same thing with IE.
Attached is the HJT Log is anyone can help me.
Thanks in advance!

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log, only after doing the above.

Trojan Help

After having some issues with spyware and the likes, ran every scanner in the book and on the list...I have followed the instructions as directed and have attached my HJT and Edwido log. Both ran in safe moode along with the other removal programs. I hope that the logs look good. Howard, would you please take a look at the attached logs and let me know if I need to do anything else?
Thanks in advance!

Boot into safe mode. See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial56.html

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial62.html

Run HJT with no other programmes open. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

O2 - BHO: DriveLetterAccess - {5CA3D70E-1895-11CF-8E15-001234567890} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dla\tfswshx.dll

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {85d1f590-48f4-11d9-9669-0800200c9a66} - %windir%\bdoscandel.exe (file missing)

O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Uninstall BitDefender Online Scanner v8 - {85d1f590-48f4-11d9-9669-0800200c9a66} - %windir%\bdoscandel.exe (file missing)

Fix all 016-DPF entries.

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Reboot into normal mode and turn system restore back on.

Other than the above, your HJT log is clean.

Regards Howard :)
