HJT log, regedit, spyware/virus help?

    Here is my Hijack This log, I"m helping a friend with this computer.

    I've spent hours removing all I can, but I still have a web search browser hijack, and regedit would load to DOS windows only.

    browser websearch hi jacks in mozilla and IE.

    help needed asap, and appreciated.
