HJT Log: Rundll 100% cpu usage, Overall PC Lag

Starting a couple days ago my computer began to act excessively slow: Normally where I would idle at 4-8% cpu usage, it's now up to 15%. In addition, when I run games rundll32.exe takes up nearly 100% cpu usage, and I am unable to play. I've run numerous virus checks, adaware, spyware, and trojan scans, but to no avail, the problem still exists. I've included my HJT log so hopefully you can tell me if theres anything that shouldn't be in there :grinthumb

Run HJT with no other programmes open.Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://spikedhumor.com/default.aspx?exp=setHome

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = 195.175.37.8:8080<Only fix this, if you`ve not set this proxy yourself, or you don`t know what it is.

O3 - Toolbar: FlashGet Bar - {E0E899AB-F487-11D5-8D29-0050BA6940E3} - (no file)

O9 - Extra button: FlashGet - {D6E814A0-E0C5-11d4-8D29-0050BA6940E3} - C:\PROGRA~1\FlashGet\flashget.exe (file missing)

O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: &FlashGet - {D6E814A0-E0C5-11d4-8D29-0050BA6940E3} - C:\PROGRA~1\FlashGet\flashget.exe (file missing)

O16 - DPF: {2AF5BD25-90C5-4EEC-88C5-B44DC2905D8B} (DownloadManager Control) - http://dlmanager.akamaitools.com.edgesuite.net/dlmanager/versions/activex/dlm-ac tivex-2.0.5.1.cab

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Other than the above entries, your HJT log is clean.

However, there are some infections that don`t show up in HJT. With that in mind, it might be a good idea to go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.
