I previously wasn't able to access my "Task Manager" when I first found this problem. I reformatted my computer as a quick fix and was able to access "Task Manager" but "Program Files" and "Control Panel" no longer work. I cannot install any programs in to "Program Files" and I cannot access my "Control Panel" to modify any users. I ran a program Hijack This which I had to install in "My Documents" and run from there rather than "Program Files". Thank you for you input in to this problem.
