Hi,

That log looks clean to me. I would fix these entries though:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02EBCA56-EAF5-3EA3-91D4-0A562970AB2D} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {f4d74aaa-a178-4463-846b-b4bc87a024e0} - (no file)

One of them is shows a previous (possibly) infection. For a more thorough check I would advise going through our Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions.
