HJT review please

Alright.. can someone have a look over this HJT log before i start fiddling around with it?

had a trojan/spyware outbreak that came up on my recent routine scan but i'm pretty sure i've got it all out now.

there is a bunch of entries that relate to 018 - Protocol ... logitech etc, are they safe to delete?
