Hi i need help on how to connect a second computer to comcast cable. My dad already has it connected and my computer is upstairs and i dont want it wireless but how do i connect it?wich wires do i connect to my computer?i have a modem and the other think like a phone line jess a little larger(ethernet i think...)

You'll need a crossover cable to connect the two machines if you're not using a router,switch or hub.
