Home Search Assitant and About.blank has infected my PC

I have a computer that has been infected with about.blank. I have tried to remove it with McAfee, Pest Patrol, Adaware, Spybot, and Adware Away, and none have worked. Here is a copy of the log file from Hijackthis, can someone please tell me what I need to do to remove it from this computer?
