Hotmail username and password problems

Hello My name is Tisha I come on here from time to time. I was trying to help a relative on the computer with figuring out her hotmail account and I encountered a troubling issue. When logging on to firefox and searching for hotmail, then clicking on hotmail to log in her username and password are already there on the login in page. I am well aware this is NOT good. The "keep me signed in" box is NOT checked. I cleared her browser history, cache, and cookies and that did not take care of the problem. I tried signing in to her email and signing out to see if that would do it and her information is still there. I am totally perplexed here. Can anyone please help me out on how to fix this before a hacker finds her? Thank you all for your time

that's the right approach.

Try this:

• FF->options->Privacy Tab
• click Remove Individual Cookies

You get a list of ALL cookies held by Firefox. REMOVE ALL and close.
click ok on the Preferences and quit FF.

Restart FF, and repeat the above to get the list -- ANY show up again?
