How can i remove the 024 item on my hijackthis log

Hi there can you help me fix my problem even I fix the 024 hijack log there is still a jpg image at my desktop, even I change my desktop wallpaper there is still an image place at my desktop. Hope you can help me fix it.

Place a check in the box next to the O24 entry.

Click the Fix Checked button.

You may need to reboot for it to take effect.

Even I check it, its not fix when i scanned again I found it again

It`s taken you a long time to reply lol.

Download combofix.exe. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts. A window will open with a warning. Type "1" (and Enter) to start the fix. When the scan completes it will open a text window. Please attach that log back here together with a fresh HJT log. Caution - do not touch your mouse/keyboard until the scan has completed. The scan will temporarily disable your desktop, and if interrupted may leave your desktop disabled. If this occurs, please reboot to restore the desktop.

Combofix will automatically save the log file to C:\combofix.txt

Post the Combofix log as well as a fresh HJT log.

Im so sorry im quite busy for a long time.

Yup its a different computer, Im using 9 computer desktop and 1 laptop at home.

Anyway i fix it already using smitfraud today. But thanks you so much for the your effort in answering all the thread here. And hope that I can be as good as you also in troubleshooting virus problem.
