How can I stop wifi thieves?

A car keeps parking outside my house for hours. I think the driver is stealing my wifi. My wifi is password-protected, but if that alone isn't stopping this jerk then how can I secure it better?

Make sure you do NOT use WEP encoding, but rather use WPA-Personal and make the passphrase complex and long, eg

one or more Uppercase characters, one or more lower case, one or more numbers, and instead of a space use one of *+:_-#@

Use this utility to monitor for unauthorized users. It will show every ID logged into the network

If no one is logging in during the suspected times, then you have nothing to worry about.
