How can you have an animated character on the Windows desktop ?

My first time posting, Hope someone can help me.

I trying to find a program that will let me add my own animations to my desktop ,
like this example,
virtuagirl
I could not add the link, but she is a dancing girl on the taskbar, i want to add a animated animal to mine..

not sure how it is done,

Anyone one can direct me on how to go about it?

You know it might take you months of 3D design work
And all you have to do is search and download one already made

Thank you but thats not what im looking for, i do flash animations and i would like to have them walk across my taskbar, I want to load my design in a program that will automaticly place it on my task bar for when i sell them a person can just click and install it

This type of area is very involved, and way out of my league.
Mind you I have done Flash Animation creation, due to Web authoring.
But walking across Desktops - No

I will leave it for others to reply.
