How Do I Change The Start Button Name In WinXP?

  1. I'd like to change the name on the Start button. I visited a couple of other websites, and tried what they advise to do, but no go.

They say to edit the explorer.exe file, and I am very capable of doing that thru Ultra Edit, however their instructions just don't make sense. They all tell me to load it into the editor, then search for the text string of "Start", the instance of it being just before the text string of " Illegal function" , but it just does not exist, not in my version of exporer.exe anyway... The two tweaking programs I got today do not have that option either...

I run WinXP Pro, and would really like to do this tweak. Any pointers from you's?? Thanks much!
