How do I delete Dual XP boot

I have Vista installed on my computer and I wanted to have a dual boot for both XP and Vista so I could use XP for games. I followed the instructions in the Microsoft forum and it worked like it said it would. I later formatted the XP drive and tried to reinstall XP. Everything worked again and I can pick between Vista and XP but when I pick XP I get another dual boot screen with two XPs. How do I delete one? I read somewhere that in msconfig you could. I saw two boot options there but couldn't delete either of them. Thanks, Mike

Hi

Start > settings >control panel > System > Advanced > startup and recovery >click settings > at the top "system startup".

You can choose which OS to boot from and other various options, you can also from here edit what is called the Boot.Ini file by clicking "Edit" unless you know what you are doing however I woudn't as doing it incorrectly can leave your system in an unbootable state.

Regards
