How do I delete this .EXE files?

    I can't recall when or how it get there but I just can't seem to delete nor move or rename it what so ever... I've scaned it with Online Pandascan and Up-To-Date Norton Virush but didn't say it was a virus... So what is it then and how do I delete it?

    You delete it in safe mode or recovery console.

    I try in safe mode but doesn't work...
    I'll give recovery console a try (not expert in command line)
